Marketing Account Manager

MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. Qualified candidates will have 6-9 years of experience in an integrated marketing communications environment and a proven ability to manage client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality marketing programs.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys both client leadership and hands-on campaign execution, and who is ready to take ownership of accounts and help shape long-term client success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary or secondary (working under an account lead) day-to-day relationship owner for assigned clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies, campaign briefs, and project plans, ensuring alignment with client business objectives
  • Own assigned client accounts and budgets, including scope development, forecasting, change management, and profitability tracking
  • Lead internal integration across creative, media, PR, social, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards
  • Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, within and across various clients, simultaneously
  • Develop and deliver strategic presentations, campaign reports, and client-facing recommendations, translating data into actionable insights
  • Lead client meetings and communications, including status calls, planning sessions, and performance reviews
  • Manage client expectations, timelines, and priorities, proactively identifying risks and resolving challenges before they escalate
  • Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with account management team and agency leadership on proposals and new initiatives
  • Oversee vendor and partner relationships as needed to support integrated campaign execution
  • Deliver senior-level quality on all client-facing materials to ensure accuracy, strategic alignment, and brand consistency

Qualifications

  • 6-9 years of account management experience within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency environment
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and leading integrated marketing programs across multiple channels
  • Experience owning and managing client budgets, scopes of work, and profitability
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional agency teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate client business goals into effective marketing plans
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior-level clients
  • Ability to make confident, informed recommendations and decisions, even in ambiguous situations
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Experience with traditional, digital, and social media campaigns, including influencer/content creator initiatives
  • Proficiency with project management and analytics tools (e.g., Monday.com, Google Analytics); willingness to learn new platforms as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and present clear, actionable insights

Marketing Account Executive

MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, is currently seeking a talented marketing account executive to join our team. Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in an integrated marketing communications environment, have strong written and verbal communications skills and excel at managing multiple projects at the same time.

Responsibilities

  • This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their strategic and client leadership skills within an agency environment
  • Draft integrated marketing (creative/media) campaign/project briefs and lead/contribute to internal campaign/project kickoff meetings
  • Serve as a key point of contact and advocate for clients internally, translating client goals into actionable deliverables
  • Facilitate seamless communication across teams to ensure deliverables meet strategic intent and quality standards
  • Execute multiple tasks simultaneously, under tight deadlines, for integrated marketing campaigns
  • Organize and manage strategy documents, presentations and post-campaign reports
  • Organize client meeting status reports/agendas and maintain detailed notes from client meetings
  • Support other account management team members on an ever-changing list of campaign elements, including paid broadcast and digital media, creative campaigns, email/app content, public relations and social media marketing
  • Communicate directly with agency clients in a professional and collaborative manner
  • Review/proof all client materials

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of account service/management experience (including internships) in an agency setting
  • Ability to effectively and clearly communicate with internal and external audiences
  • Proven experience in meeting aggressive timelines, with the ability to prioritize effectively and move work forward with a sense of urgency and care
  • Comfortable making informed recommendations and decisions, even when all the answers aren’t clear
  • Critical thinking, with demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic integrated marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Experience with traditional, digital and social media campaigns, including influencer/content creator-based advertising creative
  • Familiarity with project management and analytics tools (e.g., Monday.com, Google Analytics); willingness to learn new platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and present actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to be proactive and to identify opportunities for improvement in addition to developing sales/results-driven ideas quickly, in response to client data
  • Self-starter who is flexible, adaptable and able to work professionally with a variety of personalities

MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, is currently seeking a Social Media Marketing Account Executive with 1-3+ years agency or in-house experience to join our social media marketing team as a remote, hybrid, or in-office employee.

Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit social media content, with an emphasis on social video content
  • Create/write monthly editorial calendars, including brainstorming, copywriting, and partnering with the creative team for visual development
  • Manage client social media accounts, including posting, monitoring and response
  • Develop client reports with a variety of social media and website metrics, and analyses of results
  • Perform research and outreach to influencers
  • Source and collect user-generated content

Qualifications

  • Strong video shooting and editing experience

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form social media video content, focused on food and recipes
  • Capture and edit high-quality, visually appealing footage that brings recipes to life (ingredients, prep, cooking, and final beauty shots)
  • Version content for various social platforms and/or client needs
  • Collaborate with MGH’s social teams to align content with brand guidelines, briefs, and campaign goals
  • Execute content efficiently, from pre-production through final delivery, often within tight timelines

 Qualifications

MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency located in Hunt Valley, MD, is currently seeking a Freelance Social Media Marketing Content Coordinator (located in San Diego) with 1-3+ years experience to support our social media marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit social media content, with an emphasis on social video content
  • Participate in bi-monthly, two-day photo/video shoots at client locations (San Diego)
  • Concept, create, and write monthly editorial calendars, including brainstorming content ideas, writing platform-appropriate copy, and developing visual direction
  • Manage and schedule all posting of approved social content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Collaborate closely with MGH’s teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Qualifications
